Crowne Plaza Changi Airport is a business hotel located at 75 Airport Boulevard, Singapore 819664. OUE Hospitality Trust (OUE H-TRUST) completed the acquisition of the 320-room Crowne Plaza Changi Airport on 30 January 2015.

Crowne Plaza Changi Airport Extension
Crowne Plaza Changi Airport Extension is an adjacent rooms-only extension to the existing Crowne Plaza Changi Airport Hotel connected by a link-way on the second floor of both the buildings.
The Crowne Plaza Changi Airport Extension, a 10-storey extension housing another 243 guest rooms, is currently under construction and is expected to be completed in mid-2016. When completed, it will increase the hotel’s total inventory to 563 guest rooms, positioning it to meet the future demand for rooms in the airport vicinity and to benefit from Singapore’s rising profile as a global business and transport hub.
The Crowne Plaza Changi Airport Extension also marks a milestone as Singapore’s first private sector commercial development to use Prefabricated Pre-finished Volumetric Construction technology.
Meritus Pelangi Beach Resort & Spa, Langkawi

Mandarin Orchard Singapore
Mandarin Orchard Singapore is OUE’s flagship hotel. It is strategically located at 333 Orchard Road, Singapore 238867, on the southern side of Orchard Road, next to the junction with Orchard Link and close to Mount Elizabeth Hospital, in the heart of Orchard Road, and approximately three km from the city centre. The property is held on a 99-year lease on the land from 1 July 1957, and comprises a total GFA of 990,277 sq ft. The Hotel boasts some 1,077 spacious guestrooms and 25,511 sq ft of meeting and function space, including a grand ballroom. There are 441 car parking spaces operated by Mandarin Orchard Singapore, which are housed in a multi-level carpark and
a basement level.
In November 2009, OUE completed a major refurbishment of Mandarin Orchard Singapore which included a new façade, new F&B outlets, a fitness centre, a business centre and new meeting rooms. This refurbishment programme was undertaken to complement the launch of the adjacent Mandarin Gallery to create an integrated hospitality and retail experience. Asset enhancement works are underway, to include the refurbishment of 430 guestrooms in the hotel’s Main Tower.
