Celebrating 60 Years of Transformation

OUE was incorporated in Singapore on 8 February 1964, the year before Singapore’s independence. The company was established as part of Overseas Union Bank, one of Singapore’s leading financial institutions at the time, which sought to enter the hotel industry.

OUE was listed on the then Stock Exchange of Malaysia and Singapore under the Hotel Counter on 29 December 1969. OUE has evolved from its early roots in hospitality to become a regional real estate and healthcare group, with an expanding presence across Asia.
