Our Restaurants
Our Restaurants

From fine and bespoke to fast and casual, OUE Restaurants’ focus on authentic dining experiences is displayed in a rich and growing portfolio of restaurants, cafes and bars catering to local and international palates alike.
At VUE spritz bar and grill, brilliantly curated dishes are savoured alongside spectacular Marina Bay views from the top of OUE Bayfront, while perfectly orchestrated Japanese omakase experiences await in the intimate settings of Takayama and Hashida Singapore.
OUE Restaurants serves up a taste of heritage at two well-established restaurants in the heart of Orchard Road. Two-Michelin-starred Shisen Hanten by Chen Kentaro is the prime destination for delectable and inventive Szechwan flavours, while Chatterbox has been delighting diners with timeless local favourites since 1971, including its legendary Mandarin Chicken Rice. The popularity of these two iconic brands is further enhanced with their fast-casual affiliates of Michelin Bib Gourmand recipient Chen’s Mapo Tofu, Chatterbox Café, and Chatterbox Express, which opened a branch in Hong Kong in 2020, marking the brand’s first location outside Singapore.
Also presenting the taste of tradition is Lippo Chiuchow Restaurant, renowned for elevating any occasion or celebration with its authentic Teochew cuisine. Other casual lifestyle-driven concepts include well-established French café Délifrance with multi-store locations in Singapore and Hong Kong; Alfafa, offering European-style comfort food; and Maxx Coffee, a contemporary coffee shop epitomised by fresh aromas and inspired barista creations.
In addition, OUE Restaurants helms the 4,000 sq ft OUE Social Kitchen located within Downtown Gallery, the first open kitchen concept set in a retail space in Singapore. Fitted with eight cooking stations, OUE Social Kitchen is inspired by the way food is a universal language that brings people together – a place designed for friends, family and new friends in the making to meet, cook and dine together. An enriching mix of culinary and community.
