OUE C-REIT’s property portfolio comprises seven properties across the commercial1 and hospitality segments in Singapore and Shanghai. With an aggregate net lettable area of more than 2.0 million sq ft of commercial1 space, and 1,640 upscale hotel rooms, its total asset size is approximately S$6.9 billion.
It has four Grade A office properties, which consist of OUE Bayfront, One Raffles Place (67.95% effective interest), and the office components of OUE Downtown, strategically located in Singapore’s central business district; as well as Lippo Plaza (91.2% strata interest), located within the prime commercial district of Huangpu in Puxi, Shanghai.
It also has two hotels, comprising the 1,080-room Hilton Singapore Orchard and the 563-room Crowne Plaza Changi Airport, both of which are in prime tourist catchments in Singapore – namely, the Orchard Road shopping belt and the world-renowned Changi Airport, respectively.
In addition, OUE C-REIT has one retail property, Mandarin Gallery, a high-end retail mall situated within four levels of Mandarin Orchard Singapore.

Prominently situated along the shoreline of Collyer Quay, OUE’s flagship commercial property − OUE Bayfront – is an 18-storey Grade-A office building overlooking the spectacular Marina Bay. It is linked via an aerial mall – OUE Link – and an underpass to Raffles Place MRT station, which is just a 5-minute walk away.

two levels. It is currently occupied by Tung Lok Group’s Tóng Lè Private Dining, offering
Chinese fine dining. Tóng Lè's main dining area echoes elegance and offers diners a
panoramic view of the stunning Marina Bay waterfront. As one of only two restaurants in
Singapore offering a marvelous dining experience in a revolving tower, diners could
complete a panoramic tour of the Marina Bay area within two short hours. Level 10 of
the restaurant offers diners a selection of eight exclusive dining rooms as well as four
cosy dining areas. Chic, dark wood furniture in the restaurant exudes sophistication and
elegance.
Level 8 offers three luxurious rooms, complete with state-of-the-art karaoke facilities stocked with over 60,000 songs. Styled by The Link Home, each private room on this level is decorated with distinctly designed showplates and cutlery. The lavish tableware complements the exquisite décor of each room and offers yet another level of class.

OUE Link connects the Raffles Place MRT station and the new Marina Bay financial district. The aerial mall linkway, with a net lettable area of 2,854 sq ft, is fully leased to an exciting line-up of retail and food and beverage options.

One Raffles Place is strategically located in the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District and is well served by Raffles Place MRT station. From the station, pedestrians have a direct connection to the sheltered basement of One Raffles Place.
The distinctive One Raffles Place encompasses two magnificent Grade-A office towers and a shopping mall with a total lettable area of over 860,000 sq ft of office, retail and entertainment space. Tower One, a landmark 62-storey Grade-A office building, is the tallest building in Singapore at 282 metres high. The skyscraper’s tenants include leading financial, banking and other professional firms. The observation deck on the rooftop and the restaurants on the 61st and 62nd levels offer panoramic views of the city and are very popular entertainment and tourism spots in Singapore.
Following the success of Tower One, the 38-storey Tower Two, which was completed in August 2012, has drawn keen interest from international companies and professional firms, The new tower has a Green Mark Platinum certification for its energy efficiency and environmentally sustainable design, awarded by the Building & Construction Authority (BCA).

Mandarin Gallery commenced operations in November 2009 after undergoing renovation at a cost of approximately S$200 million to transform it into a high-end shopping and lifestyle destination.
