OUE Real Estate Investment Trust (OUE REIT) is one of the largest diversified Singapore REITs (S-REITs) with total assets of S$6.3 billion as at 31 December 2023. With seven properties across the commercial, hospitality and retail segments in Singapore and Shanghai, the property portfolio comprises more than 2.2 million square feet of prime office and retail space, and 1,655 upper upscale hotel rooms.

Lippo Plaza is a 36-storey Grade-A commercial building in downtown Shanghai with three levels of retail space and a basement car park.

This key commercial landmark is located near the eastern end of Huaihai Zhong Road within the established Huangpu business district in the city’s Puxi area. The Huangpu district is one of the oldest business districts in downtown Shanghai, attracting multinational corporations, international financial institutions and local Chinese enterprises.
