Dr Stephen Riady
Executive Chairman and Group Chief Executive Officer, OUE Limited

Dr Stephen Riady was appointed Executive Chairman of OUE Limited on 9 March 2010, and as the Group Chief Executive Officer (in an expansion of his role as Executive Chairman) on 1 January 2020. He has been serving as Executive Director since 30 November 2006. As Group Chief Executive Officer, Dr Riady provides strategic direction and has overall responsibility for the management, organisation, operation and development of the Group and all matters arising therefrom.

Dr Riady is also an executive director of Lippo Limited ("Lippo") and has been its chairman since 1991. He was appointed a director of Lippo China Resources Limited ("LCR") and Hongkong Chinese Limited ("HKC") in July 1992 and in September 1992 respectively, and he was appointed as chairman of both companies in March 2011. Dr Riady is the executive president of Lippo, LCR and HKC. Dr Riady is also a member of the remuneration committee and nomination committee of Lippo, LCR and HKC, which are all listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Dr Riady has made numerous contributions in the field of public service. He serves as Global Trustee of the Asia Society, Honorary Patron of the Securities Investors Association of Singapore, and Executive Vice President of the China Federation of Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs. Dr Riady is also a member of the Committee to Promote Economic Co-operation between Fujian and Hong Kong and is an Honorary Citizen of Shenzhen, People's Republic of China.

In recognition of his achievements in business and entrepreneurship, Dr Riady received the Ernst & Young (EY) ASEAN Entrepreneurial Excellence Award and EY Strategic Investment Entrepreneur of the Year. Dr Riady is also a recipient of the Chevalier de L'Ordre des Arts des Lettres (Order of France) by the French Government. For his achievements in international business, Dr Riady was presented the Asia Society Southern California International Business Visionary Award and ASEAN Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

Dr Riady was honoured with the Asia Game Changer Award by Asia Society, recognising his longstanding commitment to improving the lives of rural communities in Papua, Indonesia. He is the first active Global Trustee of the Asia Society to receive this award.

Dr Riady is a graduate of the University of Southern California and holds a master's degree in Business Administration from Golden Gate University, United States of America. He was conferred an Honorary Doctor of Business Administration from Edinburgh Napier University, United Kingdom and is one of the first Honorary Fellows installed by the Hong Kong Baptist University.

Mr Brian Riady
Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, OUE Limited

Mr Brian Riady was appointed as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of OUE Limited ("OUE") on 1 January 2020. He assists the Executive Chairman and Group Chief Executive Officer in overseeing all business operations of the Group, setting the Group's strategic direction, and executing the Group's business strategies.

Mr Riady is presently a non-independent non-executive director of OUE REIT Management Pte. Ltd., the manager of OUE Real Estate Investment Trust, which is listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. He also serves as an executive director of Lippo Limited, Lippo China Resources Limited and Hongkong Chinese Limited, which are listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. He is also a member of the Board of the Singapore Hotel Association, a member of the Management Committee of the Real Estate Developers Association of Singapore and a member of the Executive Committee of the Orchard Road Business Association.

Prior to his current role at OUE, Mr Riady was the Chief Executive Officer of the Hospitality Division of OUE from October 2018 to December 2019 and Executive Vice President of Lippo China Resources Limited (Hong Kong) from January 2018 to December 2019. He served as Vice President of Strategy of Lippo Group Indonesia from September 2013 to September 2018. During this time, Mr Riady founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of PT Cinemaxx Global Pasifik, one of Indonesia’s largest and fastest-growing cinema operators. Before joining Lippo Group Indonesia, Mr Riady was an analyst at Credit Suisse’s Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging investment banking group.

Mr Riady holds a Bachelor of Science (Political Communication) and a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from the University of Texas at Austin, and has also completed Executive Education programmes at Harvard Business School.

Mr Isaac Chen Yi Chung is the Chief Operating Officer of OUE Limited ("OUE"). He assists the Group Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") and Deputy CEO in overseeing and managing the general business and operations of the OUE group.

Prior to assuming his current role, Mr Chen was acting chief executive officer of OUE Hospitality REIT Management Pte. Ltd. ("OUEHRM"), the manager of OUE Hospitality Trust, from 2018 to 2019. He joined OUEHRM as vice president, investments where he was in charge of investment and asset management. Mr Chen was part of the team which listed OUE Hospitality Trust on the main board of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 23 July 2013. Before joining OUEHRM, Mr Chen was Vice President, Investments at OUE from 2008 to 2013. Prior to joining OUE, Mr Chen was with the manager of Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust.

Mr Chen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Fu Jen Catholic University in Taiwan, a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Mr Lee Wee Tat

Mr Lee Wee Tat is the Chief Financial Officer of OUE Limited ("OUE") and is responsible for OUE's financial management functions. He oversees all matters relating to financial and management reporting, tax, budgeting, capital management, capital markets, mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures and investor relations for OUE and its group of companies.

Prior to joining the OUE group, Mr Lee held the position of Finance Director at RGE Group from 2020 to 2021, and Chief Financial Officer at Asian Agri and Apical Group Ltd (RGE's Palm Oil Business Group) from 2017 to 2019. He was also the Head of Corporate Finance at RGE Group from 2016 to 2021. Prior to that, he spent 17 years in investment banking, with his last appointment at Morgan Stanley as Managing Director, Investment Banking. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he was with UBS Investment Bank, Standard Chartered, Lehman Brothers and Schroders Investment Bank in investment banking roles.

Mr Lee holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Manchester Business School and a Bachelor of Science, Accounting, from the University of Wales, Cardiff. He was also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

General Counsel, OUE Limited

Mr Kelvin Chua is the General Counsel and Company Secretary of OUE Limited ("OUE") and is responsible for the legal, corporate secretarial and compliance functions for OUE and its group of companies. His role includes working with management to maintain high standards of corporate governance and facilitating timely information flows between management and the Board.

Prior to joining the OUE group, Mr Chua headed the legal and corporate secretarial team at Keppel Capital, the asset management arm of Keppel group, from 2016 to 2020. Before this, he first joined Keppel Corporation in 2012 and was part of the group legal function providing legal and corporate secretarial support to various business units in the group. Prior to joining Keppel, he trained and practiced as a mergers and acquisitions lawyer.

Mr Chua graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree. He is an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and a member of the Singapore Academy of Law.

Mr Han Khim Siew is the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") and Executive Director of OUE REIT Management Pte. Ltd. ("OUERM"), the manager of OUE Real Estate Investment Trust ("OUE REIT"). As CEO, he is responsible for the strategic management, growth and operation of OUE REIT. He works with the board of OUERM to determine OUE REIT's business strategies and plans, and the management team to ensure that these strategies are executed accordingly.

Mr Han has over 26 years of diverse international experience in Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia and Brunei Darussalam, spanning government, private equity, private equity real estate and real estate advisory in Asia Pacific, Africa and Europe.

He was previously Managing Director and Co-Head of BNP Paribas Real Estate Asia Pacific, where he led more than €3 billion of investments into Europe. Prior to joining BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2013, Mr Han was Head of Investments at Jones Lang LaSalle Indonesia. He started his career in the Ministry of Finance and Prime Minister's Office, Government of Brunei Darussalam. Between 1997 to 1999 he also served on the board of COMAFIN, a pan-African private equity fund.

In 1992, Mr Han was awarded the Government of Brunei Darussalam Scholarship. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics majoring in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science, United Kingdom.

Mr Yet has more than 20 years of experience in the airline and real estate sectors, both in Singapore and China, serving in various management roles. Mr Yet joined Lippo Group in 2008 and served as its Chief Executive Officer/President, China Real Estate Division, as well as Board member of the China project companies till 2015. He has also been on the board of directors of Lippo Group's retail businesses in China since 2010. Prior to joining Lippo Group, Mr Yet was with GuocoLand Limited as Group Financial Controller of China from 2005 to 2008, overseeing finance and accounting, taxation, business development, human resources and legal matters. Mr Yet was in the airline sector from 1996 to 2005, having served in various management roles with Singapore Airlines in Finance, Treasury, Sales and Marketing, North Asia Regional Office, as well as being Staff Assistant to Singapore Airlines Group Chairman and Deputy Chairman / Chief Executive Officer.

Mr Yet holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (First Class Honours) degree and a Master of Business Administration - Hospitality and Tourism Management (Raffles Hotel Book Prize) degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

As CEO, he is responsible for the strategic management, growth and operation of First REIT. He works with the board of FRML to determine FRML's business strategies and plans, and the management team to ensure that these strategies are executed accordingly.

Mr Tan joined FRML as senior finance manager in April 2008 and was responsible for the financial operations of FRML. He was appointed as chief financial officer of FRML in July 2008. Prior to joining FRML, Mr Tan was with Parkway Holdings Limited ("Parkway") as an accountant in 1997. He was promoted to the position of group accountant and subsequently to financial controller. His scope of work in Parkway included supervising the preparation of the financial accounts and handling accounting matters for the holding company as well as some of the subsidiary companies within Parkway group. During his tenure, he also assisted Parkway's chief financial officer in the preparation of the consolidated accounts for the Parkway group.

Mr Tan graduated in 1997 with the professional qualification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants ("ACCA"). He is a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and a fellow member of ACCA.

Mr Andrew Ing is the Chief Operating Officer of OUE Restaurants, the food and beverage ("F&B") and lifestyle division of OUE Group. Mr Ing brings more than 35 years of industry experience in F&B/nightlife operations, marketing, events, and management to OUE Restaurants. As Chief Operating Officer, Mr Ing directly oversees the day to day running of OUE Restaurants.

Mr Ing has worked in a variety of roles in a variety of concepts, developing a strong foundation for the success of such businesses, which are based on 3 principles – applying a hospitality mindset to an organisation (both internally and externally), adopting progressive human capital practices, and knowing how to build a strong brand. One of his key strengths is being able to review existing business units and then build teams to deliver better results for key stakeholders.

In recent years, he has expanded his network through pro-bono work with various government agencies (Ministry of Manpower, Institute for Human Resource Professionals and Workforce Singapore), trade associations (Restaurant Association of Singapore and Singapore Nightlife Business Association), and learning institutions (Republic Polytechnic and SHATEC).

Prior to OUE Restaurants, Mr Ing spent 9 years with The Lo & Behold Group, and before that, he was with Catalist-listed St James Holdings, operating the 70,000 sq ft multi-entertainment complex St James Power Station. Prior to St James, he was a Partner and the Regional Project Director of youth marketing agency The Filter Group, handling marketing activation projects and public relations support for clients in Singapore, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo and Osaka.

Mr Ing moved to Singapore in 1993 to be the Marketing Manager of Zouk (the number 1 dance club in Asia for the past 30 years) and created and produced the first ZoukOut festival in December 2000. From 1990 to 1993, he worked in Hong Kong for a concert promoter, staging concerts by artists such as Simply Red, Bobby Brown, Paula Abdul, and Paul Simon. Mr Ing was born in Sydney and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Marketing) from the University of New South Wales; he also attended the Sydney Grammar School.
